2/1/2012 UPDATE: Effective immediately any client benefiting from a daily deal package that cancels their class withing 24 hours of the class’s start time two (2) times will forfeit the remaining pass. FAQ
Question: I notice that your class size is limited. What if I can not get into the class that I would like?
Answer. We are a boutique studio and have worked hard for the past 9 years to ensure that every client, regardless of how they found us, receives an exceptional level of attention and support. We want to ensure that you will receive the same level of care once you start your Avatar experience. If desired class is full more then twice, please contact us directly at 612-333-0466.
Question: Do I need to register for class or can I simply drop in?
Answer: We request that all individuals register for class prior to attending to ensure space.
Question: Will you be adding additional classes?
Answer: Yes. As classes fill up we will be adding additional classes and time.
Question: I have specific health concerns. Is group fitness a good option for me?
Answer: All of our instructors are career fitness professionals and can modify exercises based upon limited physical concerns, restrictions or limitations. However, group fitness by definition does not allow for the one-on-one attention that some conditions need. If you have specific health concerns please consult your doctor prior to starting any exercise routine. In addition, please inform the staff and management of Avatar of your condition. We would love to set up a time to talk with you in private and set up a path for you to achieve your health, wellness and fitness goals.
Question: I notice you provide personal training, how can I get more information on your services and what stand you apart from other studios.
Answer: At Avatar we train more then just muscles, we reverse the negative impact that living in a modern environment inflicts on the body. Our trainers are all career fitness professionals with years of experience, medical backgrounds and are training in many styles of movement, facial (muscle) release and structural integration. We use these tools to assist your whole body move in a more functional, pain free and unrestricted capacity.
